Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Ephraim is our COO and co-founder, with over 18 years of trading experience. He met Tommy at a New York conference in 2013, and they’ve worked together on multiple projects before founding FTJ. Ephraim’s role as an analyst gives him unparalleled insights into the industry, making him an essential part of our review process.

Chief Trade Analyst (CTA)
With over six years of experience as a forex trader and analyst, Eben is known for his sharp analysis and in-depth market knowledge. His role as a trade analyst allows him to guide our team through the evaluation of brokers and prop firms.
